For the parents, it's nothing less than a miracle. And you'd think so too if one day your disabled child stood up and walked for the very first time. Even more amazing though is the wonder drug responsible. It's botox, yes botox, that terribly fashionable cosmetic treatment favoured by the vain and the wrinkly rich. Now, it has a much more serious application, hailed as the most significant breakthrough in the treatment of cerebral palsy in 20 years.
