Thailand's parliament has blocked the nomination of the leading candidate for prime minister, for a second time.
Pita Limjaroenrat's Move Forward party won the most votes in a general election in May.
While it controls the lower house, the party failed to secure the support of military-appointed senators.

Al Jazeera's Florence Looi reports from Bangkok, Thailand.
