The Texas Supreme Court has ruled against a young pregnant mother who was seeking an emergency abortion in order to protect her own health.

Meanwhile, Arizona's state's Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments about whether a 2022 15-week abortion law should stand or a near-total abortion ban law from 1864 should remain law.
