The number of people who died in Haiti's magnitude-7.2 earthqake has risen to 2,189.
Some aid has arrived in the hard-hit city, Les Cayes.
But survivors are desperate and help is not getting to disaster zones quickly enough.
Tension is growing over the slow pace of aid efforts as the prime minister promises not to repeat a history of mismanagement.
