Tenerife Wildfires: Tourists watch in horror as blaze spreads across island

A wildfire has spread across the Spanish island of Tenerife, having persisted for four days and showing no signs of stopping with temperatures expected to climb.

A huge evacuation operation meant thousands have been forced to seek refuge, many leaving with their pets and very few belongings.
