Ten dead after tour boat sinks off coast of northern Japan

Ten people have died and 16 others are still missing after a tourist boat sank off the coast of Hokkaido, northern Japan.

Six patrol boats and four aircraft searched for survivors after the 19-tonne Kazu 1 made an emergency distress call, reporting the bow of the ship had flooded.
