Amid the flood situation in parts of Bihar, three youth in Katihar’s Manihari area started holding classes on boats. Now, speaking to ABP, one of the teachers spoke about the hardship they faced while setting the 'floating class room'. He said, We started the initiative of taking classes as we had no other option, due to COVID-19 students have already missed a lot of Syllabus.
