Taylor Swift ticket chaos leads to US Justice department probe of Ticketmaster, Live Nation

Taylor Swift fans have been left angered after attempts to buy tickets to the singer's "Era Tour" were disrupted. Purchases on TicketMaster appeared to be scooped up by bots and scalpers, who then resold it at drastic mark-ups. The outrage has led to the U.S. Justice Department and Senate both launching investigations into the ticket seller and its parent company, Live Nation.
