Representatives of Afghanistan's Taliban arrived in Norway on Sunday for three days of talks on how to alleviate a humanitarian crisis.
Millions of Afghans have been plunged deeper into poverty since last year's Taliban takeover, which resulted in disruption to aid programs and deteriorating food security.
Critics of the talks say this is a way of recognizing the Taliban, but as Mike Armstrong reports, there is a need to address the humanitarian crisis Afghans are going through.
