उत्तराखंड में UCC की ड्राफ्टिंग कमेटी ने आज बताया कि उसने कितनी बैठके और कितने लोगों से बात करके UCC का ड्राफ्ट बनाया है। उत्तराखंड के UCC में क्या है, सूत्रों के हवाले से हम पहले ही बता चुके हैं। इसीलिये आगे बढ़ते हैं जो उस UCC पर बात करते हैं जिसे मोदी सरकार लाने की तैयारी कर रही है। पहले अनुच्छेद 370...फिर अयोध्या में राम मंदिर। ...बीजेपी अपने तीन वचनों में से दो पहले ही पूरे कर चुकी है। ...और दोनों ही 5 अगस्त को पूरे हुए थे। ...5 अगस्त 2019 को 370 खत्म किया था..और 5 अगस्त 2020 को राम मंदिर का शिलान्यास किया था। ..इसीलिये अटकलें तेज़ हैं कि आने वाली 5 अगस्त को तीसरा वचन भी पूरा होना है...यानी UCC का ऐलान होना तय है। इस अनुमान की एक वजह सरकार के काम की स्पीड है।...3 जुलाई को मंत्रपरिषद की बैठक है। और उसी दिन संसद की स्थायी समिति ने भी एक बैठक बुलाई है जिसमें क़ानून मंत्रालय और लॉ कमीशन के अधिकारी शामिल होंगे। संसद का मॉनसून सत्र 17 या 20 जुलाई से 10 अगस्त तक चलेगा। माना जा रहा है उसी के पहले सरकार 5 अगस्त को UCC पर कोई फ़ैसला ले लेगी।

One of the reasons for this estimate is the speed of the government's work.... There is a meeting of the Council of Ministers on 3rd July. And on the same day, the Standing Committee of the Parliament has also called a meeting in which officials of the Law Ministry and the Law Commission will participate. The monsoon session of Parliament will run from July 17 or 20 to August 10. It is believed that before that the government will take a decision on UCC on 5th August.
