बीजेपी जहां आपातकाल को लेकर आक्रामक है... वहीं विपक्षी दल भी इसे लेकर पलटवार कर रहे हैं... समाजवादी पार्टी के अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने तो आपातकाल को पुराना इतिहास बताते हुए आरोप लगाया कि आज भी देश में आपातकाल है... जिसमें न तो सरकार से न्याय की उम्मीद है... और न हीं सच सामने आने की... तो वहीं मोदी सरकार के खिलाफ विपक्ष की गोलबंदी की अगुवाई कर रही जेडीयू के अध्यक्ष ललन सिंह ने आज के हालात को घोषित आपातकाल से बदतर बताया है...
