शाहरुख खान की फिल्म पठान पर खूब विरोध हुआ, खूब बयानबाजी हुई, सोशल मीडिया पर भी खूब प्रचार हुआ लेकिन सब बेकार चला गया | आज बेजान से दिख रहे बॉलीवुड में पठान ने नई जान डाल दी है | देश के कोने कोने में शाहरुख खान की फिल्म पठान की न सिर्फ बंपर ओपनिंग हुई है बल्कि कमाई में भी रिकॉर्ड बना ड़ाला है | दर्शकों को सिनेमाघरों तक जाने से रोकने का सारा खेल धरा का धरा रह गया | हर तरफ सिनेमाघरों में पठान चल रही है। फिल्म पठान ने किसी भी हिंदी फिल्म की रिलीज से पहले 5 लाख 56 हजार एडवान्स टिकट बेचने का रिकॉर्ड बनाया है | कई मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक एडवान्स बुकिंग से ही फिल्म की कमाई 50 करोड़ के पार निकल गई है | इस तरह बॉयकॉट गैंग को शाहरुख के फैंस ने जबरदस्त धोबीपछाड़ लगाई है, बंपर ओपनिंग के साथ ही बैन के सारे दावे हवा हो चुके हैं। हालांकि रिलीज़ के पहले ही दिन आगरा से लेकर इंदौर और वाराणसी से लेकर बिहार के रतलाम समेत तमाम जगहों पर फिल्म पठान को विरोध भी झेलना पड़ा, पोस्टर फाड़े गए, विरोध प्रदर्शन हुआ, दर्शकों को लोगों ने समझाया, सिनेमा मालिकों से कहासुनी भी हुई, चेतावनी भी दी गई, इसीलिए तमाम सिनेमाघरों के बाहर सुरक्षा के भी पहले से ही पुख्ता इंतजाम किये गए थे |
