यूपी से लेकर बंगाल तक इस समय खबरों में बांग्लादेशी छाए हुए हैं...कल तक मुजफ्फनगर में यूपी एके सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ के नाम वाले फरमान में बांग्लादेशियों का मसला उछल रहा था...आरोप लगाए जा रहे थे कि बांग्लादेशी और रोहिंग्या नाम बदलकर मुजफ्फनगर से लेकर हरिद्वार तक कारोबार कर रहे हैं...तो दूसरी ओर आज ममता बनर्जी ने भी बांग्लादेशियों का मुद्दा उठाया..लेकिन उनके मुद्दे में बांग्लादेशियों को भगाने का मुद्दा नहीं था...बल्कि यूपी से उलट उन्होंने बांग्लादेशियों के लिए दरवाजा खोलने वाली ममता दिखाई..ममता बनर्जी ने बांग्लादेश के मौजूदा हालात पर कहा कि अगर जरूरत पड़ी और बांग्लादेशियों ने शरण मांगी तो वो उन्हें शरण जरूर देंगी...और ऐसा करने के पीछे उन्होंने संयुक्त राष्ट्र के एक प्रस्ताव का उदाहरण दिया...लेकिन कमाल की बात तो ये है कि कोई भी देश शरणार्थियों को शरण देने के लिए बाध्य नहीं है....और इससे भी बड़ी बात ये है कि भारत ने उस प्रस्ताव पर दस्तखत ही नहीं किये थे जिस प्रस्ताव का हवाला देकर ममता बनर्जी बांग्लादेशियों को शरण देना चाहती हैं...इससे भी बड़ी बात ये है कि ये अधिकार राज्य के पास है ही नहीं यानि शरणार्थियों को शरण देनी है तो फैसला केंद्र सरकार ही कर सकती है...


Bangladeshis are dominating the news from UP to Bengal... Till yesterday, the issue of Bangladeshis was being raised in the decree in the name of UP CM Yogi Adityanath in Muzaffarnagar... Allegations were being made that Bangladeshis and Rohingyas are doing business from Muzaffarnagar to Haridwar by changing their names... On the other hand, today Mamata Banerjee also raised the issue of Bangladeshis... But her issue did not involve the issue of driving out Bangladeshis... Rather, unlike UP, she showed Mamata who opens the door for Bangladeshis... Mamata Banerjee said on the current situation in Bangladesh that if the need arises and Bangladeshis seek refuge, she will definitely give them refuge... And behind doing so, she gave the example of a United Nations resolution... But the amazing thing is that no country is bound to give refuge to refugees.... And the bigger thing is that India did not even sign the proposal citing which Mamata Banerjee wants to give refuge to Bangladeshis... The bigger thing is that the state does not have this right i.e. to give refuge to refugees If yes then only central government can take the decision...
