Supreme Court’s carbon tax ruling prompts provinces to tackle climate change together, says expert

This week, the Supreme Court of Canada found that the federal government’s carbon tax is constitutional. Gary Mar of Canada West Foundation says provinces should be encouraged to create their own plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
