Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has denied accusations of a cover-up in the handling of sexual harassment allegations against her predecessor, Alex Salmond.

During First Minister's Questions, she said those questioning her conduct were fuelling a "deluded conspiracy theory".

That was a reference to Mr Salmond's claim that he is the victim of a malicious and concerted effort to remove him from public life.

He will give evidence tomorrow in front of a parliamentary committee looking into Holyrood's handling of the allegations.
