The US House of Representatives has voted to hold former President Donald Trump’s former Chief of Staff in contempt of Congress for refusing to cooperate into an enquiry into the January 6 riot on the US Capitol.
Mark Meadows failed to appear before a committee investigating the Capitol Hill riot of January 6, 2021.
It is now up to the attorney general to decide whether to formally charge Meadows.
