Russian authorities released video on Monday of a suspect in the explosion at a café in St. Petersburg on Sunday, in which she is seen telling an unidentified man why she was detained.

Investigative committee spokesperson Svetlana Petrenko said the suspect, Darya Trepova, was detained and investigators would "decide on the form of detention for her."

Video of the moment the blast occurred was also released by police, showing the large windows of the café blasting outwards as vehicles drive by.
