Spring Statement: UK's poorest 'are my priority' - Chancellor

Chancellor Rishi Sunak has dismissed criticism of his Spring Statement for not doing enough to help families in greatest need.

When asked by Sky's Jayne Secker if the very poorest in society benefit from his announcements, he said "they actually are my priority".
