Three Real Madrid youth soccer players were arrested Thursday for allegedly distributing a video of sexual nature featuring a minor.

The recent controversy has triggered a indignation against similar behaviour in Spain’s soccer culture. Though some say it goes beyond just the sport.

Though the 16-year-old victim of this crime maintained the sexual relations were consensual, the recording took place in June, without her consent.

The arrests follow a sexual assault by former soccer official Luis Rubiales, who kissed Spain's Jenni Hermoso on the lips last month.
