South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol delivers a speech in Parliament during his state visit to the UK.

Earlier, he was welcomed by the King and Queen, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Downing Street announced overnight that the UK and South Korea will launch negotiations on a new free trade agreement and sign a new diplomatic accord during the visit.
