South Africa: Survivor describes horrifying scenes as blaze swept building

Thabo Mlangeni spoke to Sky News' Africa correspondent Yousra Elbagir about the horrifying scenes he witnessed when fire broke out at a building using by homeless people in Johannesburg.

At least 74 people died in the blaze.
