South Africa election ruling: Court says former President Zuma can run again

A court in South Africa has ruled former President, Jacob Zuma, can run in next month's parliamentary elections.

He had challenged an earlier decision by the electoral commission, which barred him from standing due to a contempt of court conviction.
Zuma is representing a new political party after denouncing the governing African National Congress that he once led.
