Kent Police say a stabbing attack on an army officer near a barracks in Gillingham is not believed to be terror-related. The soldier, who's in his 40s, was repeatedly stabbed by a masked man. The head of the army said it was an unprovoked attack. A suspect was arrested some 25 minutes later. Locals rushed to help the soldier, who was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.
