Another day of Parliament was wasted without any discussion...When the Parliament proceedings started after two days of recess, it was expected that there would be a meaningful debate..But today, even before the commencement of the Parliament, a ruckus started in the Parliament complex...In a way, the MPs of the opposition INDIA coalition started protesting on the issue of Manipur...Demanded the Prime Minister to answer...On the other hand, the BJP MPs also started retaliating...Demanding accountability for crimes against women in states like Rajasthan and Bengal...


संसद का एक और दिन बिना किसी चर्चा के बर्बाद हो गया...दो दिन की छुट्टी के बाद संसद की कार्यवाही शुरू हुई तो उम्मीद थी कि सार्थक बहस होगी..लेकिन आज तो संसद शुरू होने से पहले ही संसद परिसर में हंगामा शुरू हो गया...एक तरह विपक्षी INDIA गठबंधन के सांसदों ने मणिपुर के मुद्दे पर प्रदर्शन शुरू कर दिया...प्रधानमंत्री से जवाब की मांग करने लगे...दूसरी तरफ़ BJP के सांसदों ने भी पलटवार शुरू कर दिया...राजस्थान और बंगाल जैसे राज्यों में महिलाओं के ख़िलाफ़ अपराध को लेकर जवाबदेही की मांग करने लगे...और जब संसद शुरू हुई तो वहां भी हंगामा शुरू हो गया...विपक्ष मणिपुर के मुद्दे पर बहस चाहता है...प्रधानमंत्री का जवाब चाहता है...ध्यान देने की बात ये भी है कि सरकार भी मणिपुर के मुद्दे पर बातचीत के लिए तैयार है...लेकिन बहस के तौर-
