Three weeks ago, more than 20,000 residents were asked to evacuate Yellowknife amid approaching wildfires, but today they returned home. 'For the first time in three weeks I saw kids at the park... It's bit by bit going to feel more and more like the Yellowknife we know,' said Mayor Rebecca Alty.
