Sir Keir Starmer has addressed business leaders in the City of London and outlined further detail on the Labour Party's growth mission, which targets the UK having the highest sustained growth in the G7.

The Labour leader blamed the Tory Party for 13 years of low growth, which he said had "gnawed away" at the country's growth potential.

Sir Keir also said he is "not comfortable" with the UK being on course to be poorer per person than Poland by the end of the decade.

The Labour leader says he wants a new model for growth - created by everyone, for everyone and said "Britain needs change".
