Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Case: मथुरा में श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि और ईदगाह विवाद पर आज मुस्लिम पक्ष को बड़ा झटका लगा है..आज मुस्लिम पक्ष सर्वे पर रोक के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट गया था लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सर्वे पर दिये गए इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को बरकरार रखा , उस पर रोक लगाने से साफ मना कर दिया...सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा बिना तय प्रोसीजर के रोक लगाने की डिमांड रखी गई इसलिए इस पर सुनवाई नहीं हो सकती..सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आगे कहा कि उनकी कोर्ट में ये केस 9 जनवरी 2024 के लिए लिस्टेड है...और उसी दिन इस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई होगी।

Today the Muslim side had gone to the Supreme Court to stop the survey but the Supreme Court upheld the Allahabad High Court's decision on the survey. , clearly refused to put a ban on it… The Supreme Court said that the demand for a ban was made without a fixed procedure, hence it cannot be heard… The Supreme Court further said that this case will be heard in its court on 9 January 2024. It is listed for...and it will be heard in the Supreme Court on the same day.
