At least eight people are dead Russia after a shooting at a university in the Siberian city of Perm.
A university spokesperson said a teenage gunman opened fire on the campus, located near the Ural Mountains. Some 20 people were wounded in the attack. Students and staff locked themselves into classrooms or jumped from windows to escape.
