Shimla Rain: मॉनसून 2023 ने मैदानी इलाकों से लेकर पहाड़ों तक हालात बेकाबू कर दिए हैं। लगातार भारी बारिश के बीच कई बाढ़ तो कहीं भूस्खलन जैसे हालात पैदा हो गए हैं। इस बीच तेज़ पानी के बहाव के कारण शिमला में एक निर्माणाधीन बिल्डिंग पानी में समा गई।
