Shashi Tharoor On Congress Chief Poll: At a NDTV townhall in Mumbai, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor says that the leadership has told him that there is no official candidate in the upcoming party president elections. "The Gandhi family has made it clear that there's no official candidate. I am assuming that there's no official candidate. I have to take the word of my party president and Gandhi family," he says.
