One more petition related to the Atiq-Ashraf murder case has been filed in the Supreme Court. This petition has been filed by retired IPS Amitabh Thakur. In the petition, a demand has been made to transfer the murder case to the CBI. So Shaista is still absconding. The police is busy to catch him.
