Senate Democrats expand their probe over ethics concerns on the Supreme Court

Senate Democrats are trying to implement a code of ethics for the Supreme Court amid reports that several conservative justices accepted free trips and failed to disclose them. Democrats on the Judiciary Committee intend to subpoena Republican donor Harlan Crow and conservative activist Leonard Leo. Rhode Island Sen.
