A coronial inquest into the disappearance of Perth woman Iveta Mitchell concluded in June 2023, finding she was a victim of homicide shortly after she went missing in May 2010. Her body was never found.

WA Police continued to hold reasonable suspicion her husband, Chad, was in some way involved, but have never pursued a case against him or any person.
