Scotland passes controversial gender legislation

Scotland has moved to make it easier for teenagers to change their gender.

Scottish MPs passed legilsation that means people aged 16 will be able to apply to change their gender, lowered from 18, while the time required for someone to live in their acquired gender will be slashed to three months.
