Scale of housing challenge is enormous, new housing minister says

Sean Fraser discusses his plans as the new minister of housing, infrastructure and communities. Fraser was previously the minister of immigration, refugees and citizenship Canada until the recent cabinet shuffle that saw three-quarters of the federal cabinet changed.
