SC verdict on Bilkis Bano case: कोर्ट ने बदला गुजरात सरकार का फैसला, दोषियों की सजा माफी रद्द

Bilkis Bano case: लकिस बानो गैंगरेप मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है और दोषियों को समय से पहले रिहा करने के आदेश को निरस्त कर दिया है. 11 दोषियों की रिहाई के गुजरात सरकार के फैसले को रद्द करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने कहा कि गुजरात सरकार को नहीं, बल्कि महाराष्ट्र सरकार को रिहाई के बारे में फैसला लेने का अधिकार है.

The Supreme Court has given a big verdict in the Bilkis Bano gangrape case and has canceled the order of premature release of the culprits. Canceling the decision of the Gujarat government to release 11 convicts, the Supreme Court said that not the Gujarat government but the Maharashtra government has the right to take the decision regarding their release.
