Today, the Supreme Court of Pakistan, led by Chief Justice Umer Ata Bandial, will hear petitions challenging the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Bill 2023. The hearing will involve representatives from both sides, including the Attorney General, the Pakistan Bar Association, and the Supreme Court Bar Association. It's worth noting that the implementation of the bill was previously suspended by the SCP on April 13th.
