Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe said Monday that he expects people in his province will receive a ‘proportional reduction’ of the carbon tax rebate after his government decided to defy federal law and not remit the tax on natural gas. Federal Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Jonathan Wilkinson reacts to the premier's comments and says rebates for Sask. residents will be adjusted 'accordingly.'
