Sacked Employees Case | Supreme Court Ne Faisla Suna Dia | Employees Ke Liye Khushkhbari

پریم کورٹ نے 16 ہزار ملازمین کو ازخود نوٹس کے تحت بحال کر دیئے۔ عدالت نے کہا کہ ملازمین کو ازخود نوٹس کے تحت بحال کر رہے ہیں۔


جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال نے 16 ہزار ملازمین کی برطرفی کے کیس میں فیصلہ سنایا۔ عدالت نے چار ایک کے تناسب سے فیصلہ سنایا۔ جسٹس منصور علی شاہ نے فیصلے سے اختلاف کیا۔ مختصر فیصلے میں کہا گیا کہ گریڈ 7 سے اوپر کے تمام گریڈز کے ملازمین کو ٹیسٹ دینا ہوگا، ملازمین کی بحالی کا ایکٹ غیرقانونی رہے گا، 2010 کا قانون آئین سے متصادم ہے۔ کرپشن اور مس کنڈکٹ پر نکالے گئے ملازمین کی برطرفی برقرار ہے۔

جسٹس منصور علی شاہ نے اختلافی نوٹ میں نظرثانی اپیلیں منظور کرلیں۔ جسٹس منصور علی شاہ نے اختلافی نوٹ میں کہا کہ پارلیمانی نظام حکومت میں پارلیمان سپریم ہے، ایکٹ آف پارلیمنٹ کی شق 4 آئین سے متصادم ہے، مضبوط جمہوری نظام میں پارلیمان ہی سپریم ہوتا ہے، پارلیمنٹ کو نیچا دکھانا جمہوریت کو نیچا دکھانے کے مترادف ہے، سیکشن 4 اور سیکشن 10 آئین سے متصادم ہے جس کا جائزہ لینا چاہیئے۔

The Supreme Court of Pakistan while announcing its final verdict regarding dismissal of 16,000 government employees has reinstated the sacked workers on Friday.

It has been decided by the apex court that employees serving from grade 1 to 7 will be reinstated to their original positions while grade 8 to 17 employees will have to go through a commissioned test in order to maintain the transaprency of government organizations.

Earlier the Supreme Court of Pakistan gave its verdict by rejecting the review plea however on a suo motto action by the SC it has now been decided to reinstate the sacked employees.

The decision came as a golden opportunity for the employees as they celebrate the final verdict.
