Ryanair CEO says airline passengers being 'scammed' by 'OTA pirates'

Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary has said "online travel agents (OTAs)" that "masquerade as price comparison websites" are "levying fees that don't exist".

Talking to Sky's Kay Burley, Mr O'Leary discussed what he calls "OTA pirates", check-in procedures and whether airline passengers are overcharged with extras.
