Along with the Ukraine government, Liubov Tsybulska has been angered by President Macron's warning not to "humiliate" the Russians and by his phone calls with Vladimir Putin.

"It's not diplomacy to call the war criminal," says Tsybulska, an advisor to Ukraine's foreign ministry.

Tsybulska joined Tim Sebastian on the line from Brussels on 7 July.
