The Russian Navy says it fired warning shots at a neutral merchant vessel in the Black Sea, before then boarding it.

Moscow says the Sukru Okan was on its way to the small Ukrainian port of Izmail.

As Redmond Shannon reports, this comes after Moscow ended a deal that had allowed Ukraine to export grain by sea.
