The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) detained 31 members of the interregional structure of the ‘Katiba Tawhid Wal-Jihad’ terrorist organization in Moscow, the Novosibirsk Region, Yakutsk and Krasnoyarsk Territory. The cell recruited and transferred recruits to war zones, and financed members of the terrorist structure in Syria, according to the FSB.
