Mental health ambassador James McVey from The Vamps says that Meghan's discussion on her mental health is an 'inspiration' for people and the 'whole of the Royal Family needs to lead by example' in their dealings with mental health.

It comes after Meghan and Harry sat down with Oprah Winfrey during a two-hour interview which saw a series of bombshell claims exposed, including "concerns" regarding baby Archie's skin colour and the Duchess of Sussex's' suicidal thoughts during her time in the Royal Family.

Anyone feeling emotionally distressed or suicidal can call Samaritans for help on 116 123 or email [email protected] in the UK. In the US, call the Samaritans branch in your area or 1 (800) 273-TALK
