Gaza's largest refugee camp has been targeted again in the latest Israeli air strikes. Residential buildings in Jabalia were hit, killing at least 11 people. Across the strip, communications have been largely cut off. More than 11,500 people have been killed since the bombing began almost six weeks ago.

Al Jazeera’s Dmitry Medvedenko reports.
