Military analyst Sean Bell discusses reports that an Israeli airstrike has hit the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, killing 24 people - two thirds of them believed to be women and children.

He describes the situation on the ground as "desperate", adding that "law and order has broken down" as people struggle to access food and medicine at the camp's aid distribution centre.
