Omani photographer Sami Al Hinai was all smiles as he took in a rare snowfall on Jabal Shams mountain on Thursday (January 26). Hinai said it was cold but “wonderful” thanks to his jacket. Temperatures could dip as low as 28.4 Fahrenheit, according to Oman’s Directorate General of Meteorology.
