कंधे पर केसरिया ध्वज.. पीठ पर राम मंदिर की तस्वीर और जय श्री राम का नारा लिखा हुआ बैनर के साथ मुख में राम नाम, राम भक्ति में लीन होकर मुंबई से अयोध्या के लिए पैदल यात्रा करने वाली मुंबई की रहने वाली शबनम शेख की इन दिनों खूब चर्चा हो रही है। शबनम मुंबई से अपने दो दोस्तों के साथ पैदल अयोध्या के लिए निकली है। 100 किलोमीटर से ज्यादा का सफर भी तय कर चुकी है। शबनम का एक ही उद्देश्य है रामलला के दर्शन करना। खास बात ये है कि वो अपने आप को सनातनी मुस्लिम बताती है। एबीपी न्यूज़ से खास बातचीत के दौरान शबनम शेख ने कहा कि बचपन से ही वो रामायण और महाभारत जैसे पौराणिक सीरियल्स को देखते हुई बड़ी हुई है... दोनो ही सीरियल का उसके जीवन पर गहरा असर है। प्रभु श्री राम को आदर्श मानती है। अपने नाम के आगे सनातनी मुस्लिम लगाने का विचार सुबुही खान (वकील, विचारक, कार्यकर्ता, लेखक और प्रेरक वक्ता) से प्रेरित होकर लिया है। शबनम आगे बताती है कि उनकी ये यात्रा आध्यात्मिक यात्रा है। घर वालो ने हमेशा प्रोत्साहित करने का काम किया है। बचपन मे मेरे पापा हम चारो भाई- बहनों को रामायण और महाभारत से जुड़े तथ्यो को बताने के लिए क्विज खेला करते थे। ये बात सही है कि ये पहला ऐसा मौका है जब मैं अयोध्या पैदल यात्रा करते हुए जा रही हूं लेकिन इससे पहले भी मैं अयोध्या और मथुरा जा चुकी है। मेरे लिए अयोध्या जाना कोई नहीं बात नहीं है। यात्रा के दौरान अपनी सुरक्षा को लेकर बात करते हुए शबनम बताती है कि जब सूरज ढलता है अंधेरा होता है तो मन मे थोड़ा डर तो पैदा होता है... लेकिन प्रभु राम का नाम स्मरण करते ही सब भय दूर हो जाता है। शाम होते ही हम अपनी यात्रा को विराम दे देते है।
