NCPCR Chairman Priyank Kanoongo, while talking about Twitter controversy of former Congress President Rahul Gandhi, said that they had received a complaint from an activist group Dalit Positive Moment against Rahul Gandhi's post. On investigation, it was found that this post is a violation of section 23 and 74 of the POCSO Act.
