Rahul Defamation Case: Surat Court के फैसले को चुनौती दे सकते हैं राहुल गांधी, याचिका तैयार

2019 के मानहानि मामले में गुजरात की सूरत कोर्ट ने राहुल गांधी को लेकर दो साल की सज़ा सुनाई थी। मोदी सरनेम मामले में सज़ा के बाद राहुल की संसदीय सदस्यता को ख़ारिज कर दिया गया था। इस फैसले को लेकर राहुल गांधी के चुनौती देने की संभावना जताई जा रही है। इसी सिलसिले में याचिका को भी तैयार कर लिया गया है।
